1. Raw material control: The raw material is round steel, totally ordered from large-scale steel mills according to the requirements of different forged balls. Chemical composition of all the raw materials are to be tested once again in our factory before production.

2. Heating control: Energy-efficient induction bar furnace is adopted in process of heating, ensure uniform heating temperature of the entire raw material, lower raw material consumption, and the uniform temperature ensure even hardness from first ball to last ball during forged process.

3. Forming control: The raw material is forged to a certain deformation, increase the compression ratio, so that the structure of grinding ball is more dense, and improve the toughness and hardness, the quality reach the best condition. 

4. Heat treatment control: Our factory adopts independently-developed water quenching line and tempering technology, which ensure the time and temperature of heat treatment, and the forged ball have high hardness from surface to core, high toughness and low breakage, so that the forged ball can keep stability under various hard working conditions.

5. Quality testing control: Hardness and size are tested by every shift, the minimum quantity is five pieces every time. Impact value and dropping is tested by every batch of grinding balls when the quantity is over 200 tons, or as per customers’ request. Ensure that all finished products are qualified before packing and delivery.

6. Quality Management System Standard ISO9001:2008 is strictly implemented at aspect of quality assurance control; all kinds of quality control standards and process documents are established and improved; quality assurance system is further improved and a full-time quality inspector is designated to supervise each process from raw materials’ entering the plant to products’ outgoing; quality inspection system consisting of plant self-check, quality inspection department casual check and lab final check is set up; one ticket veto system is implemented in product quality and new products and brands are continuously created by our company.
